Nature of Our Services
Tomanzo is a technology-based intermediary platform that connects Users with independent Providers offering professional, creative, technical, beauty, fitness, entertainment, home, and related services. Through the Platform: • Users may search, browse, and request services • Providers may accept or reject booking requests • After acceptance, Users and Providers may receive each other's contact information for service coordination • Users and Providers may directly communicate regarding pricing, timing, negotiation, service details, and payment methods Tomanzo acts solely as a technology intermediary platform and does not directly provide listed services. Currently, Tomanzo does not process service payments between Users and Providers. Payments are made directly between Users and Providers through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method. Tomanzo primarily generates revenue through subscription plans and related Provider services.
Information We Collect
From Users, we may collect: • Full name • Mobile number • Email address • Address and location information • Booking-related information • Profile information • Device information • IP address • Usage and log data • Customer support communications From Providers, we may collect: • Full name, mobile number, email address • Residential or business address • Profile photographs • Government-issued identity documents • Skill, service, and experience details • Portfolio information, work photographs, videos, demo clips, and performance content • Social media or professional links • Police verification documents (if required) • GST or business-related documents (if applicable) • Subscription-related information Note: Tomanzo currently does not collect Providers' bank statements for Platform operations. We may also automatically collect device model, operating system, app version, login activity, usage patterns, cookies and tracking technologies, and crash reports.
Media and Portfolio Content
Providers may voluntarily upload photos, videos, demo clips, portfolio content, and service-related media. This content may be publicly displayed on the Platform to help Users evaluate Providers. By uploading content, Providers confirm that: • They own or have legal rights to use the content • The content does not violate any law or third-party rights • The content is not misleading, illegal, obscene, abusive, or offensive Providers grant Tomanzo a non-exclusive right to display such content for Platform operations and promotional purposes within the Platform. Tomanzo reserves the right to remove, restrict, moderate, or delete any content that violates laws or Platform policies.
Subscription Expiry, Suspension, and Content Removal
Providers may receive a limited free usage period or promotional access to the Platform. If a Provider does not renew or recharge their subscription after expiry: • The Provider account may become inactive • Certain Platform features may be restricted • After 90 days or such period as determined by Tomanzo, Tomanzo reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the Provider account • Uploaded portfolio content, videos, photographs, demo clips, and related profile content may be removed or permanently deleted from the Platform Tomanzo reserves the right to determine inactive account status and manage Platform storage, moderation, and operational requirements accordingly.
How We Use Information
We may use collected information to: • Connect Users and Providers • Manage bookings and service coordination • Share contact information after booking acceptance • Verify Provider identities • Prevent fraud and misuse • Improve Platform functionality • Provide customer support • Manage subscriptions • Send alerts, updates, and notifications • Analyze Platform usage and trends • Display Provider profiles and portfolios • Comply with legal obligations
Sharing of Contact Information
After booking acceptance: • Users may receive Provider contact details • Providers may receive User contact details This sharing is solely for service coordination purposes.
Payment Information
Currently, Tomanzo does not process User payments for services. Users directly pay Providers. Tomanzo charges subscription or related Platform fees to Providers. Future payment integration features may result in updates to this Privacy Policy.
Permissions and Device Access
The Platform may request permissions including: • Camera access • Gallery/media access • Microphone access • Location access • Notification permissions These permissions are used only for legitimate Platform functionality. Users may control permissions through device settings.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including encryption, secure servers, OTP verification, restricted access controls, and security monitoring. However, no digital system is completely secure.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information as reasonably necessary for providing services, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and policy enforcement. Users and Providers may request account deletion subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may use third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Maps, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, and OTP service providers. Such third-party services may operate under their own privacy policies.
Location Information
With permission, we may collect location data to show nearby Providers, improve service availability, and enhance user experience. Users may disable location access through device settings.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, analytics, and performance improvements.
Independent Provider Disclaimer
Providers are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Tomanzo. Pricing, negotiations, payments, and service quality are managed directly between Users and Providers. Tomanzo acts solely as a technology intermediary platform.
Suspension and Restriction Rights
Tomanzo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or remove accounts, profiles, media, or content that: • Violates laws or Platform policies • Contains false or misleading information • Involves fraud, abuse, or misuse • Creates security concerns • Violates third-party rights
Cross-Border Data Processing
Information may be processed or stored on servers located outside India, subject to reasonable safeguards and applicable laws.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and related rules and regulations.
Google Play Compliance Statement
Tomanzo collects only information reasonably necessary for Platform functionality, security, Provider verification, subscriptions, and User-Provider connections. We: • Do not sell sensitive personal information without consent • Do not collect unnecessary financial information • Do not currently process User service payments • Do not share personal information except for operational, legal, or consent-based purposes
Consent
By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Services
Tomanzo does not guarantee service quality, Provider availability, pricing accuracy, timely completion of services, user satisfaction, or Provider conduct. Users engage Providers at their own discretion and risk. Tomanzo shall not be liable for disputes, damages, losses, misconduct, delays, or service-related issues arising between Users and Providers.
Account Termination
Tomanzo reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, illegal conduct, fake bookings, abuse, harassment or threats, impersonation, or harmful or misleading content. Termination decisions may be made at Tomanzo's sole discretion for Platform safety and operational integrity.
User Responsibility
Users and Providers are responsible for verifying information shared on the Platform, maintaining account confidentiality, using the Platform lawfully, and exercising reasonable caution during offline interactions. Tomanzo advises Users and Providers to independently verify identities, credentials, and service suitability before engaging in any transaction or meeting.
